1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Speed Index ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Speed Index provides a web-based platform that submits URLs to Google's official Indexing API on behalf of users. The Service operates on a credit-based model — one credit equals one URL submission. Credits are purchased in advance and never expire.

We do not guarantee that any submitted URL will be indexed by Google. Indexing decisions are made solely by Google and are outside our control.

3. User Accounts

You must register for an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date registration information.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Speed Index to:

• Submit URLs to content that violates Google's Webmaster Guidelines or any applicable law.
• Engage in spamming, scraping, or any automated abuse of the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security measures.
• Resell access to the Service without prior written consent (see our Reseller Programme for authorised reselling).
• Submit URLs to illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Credits, Payments & Refunds

Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. Credits are consumed upon successful API submission, regardless of whether Google ultimately indexes the page.

Prices are displayed in USD. PKR prices are provided as a convenience and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Payments are processed manually via our payment request system and confirmed by our team.

6. Google API Compliance

The Service uses Google's official Indexing API. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you must also comply with Google's Terms of Service and the Indexing API requirements.

The Indexing API is officially intended for pages containing JobPosting or BroadcastEvent structured data. Use for other page types is at your own risk and may be subject to future API changes by Google.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Speed Index / The DIGIT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform code or design without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Index shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular URL will be indexed by Google.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at our contact page.
